Jim Bolin, Vice-President of Bolin Enterprises, Inc. and creator of the Big Things in a Small Town attractions in Casey, Illinois tells the story of how it all began. A family trip to Colorado inspired the start of Whitling Whimsy Cafe and the World's Largest Wind Chime.
